Absolutely. Just make sure they're in a safe, secure spot while we work. And yes — please pick up after them beforehand.
Give us two business days' notice and we'll work you in. Last-minute cancellations may have a small fee per our policy.
Nope. Most clients aren't. Leave a spare key (we keep it in a lockbox) or share a garage/door code. We've got it handled.
They're allowed to accept tips. Never expected, always appreciated.
