Nocatee Town Center.
Nocatee Town Center opened in January 2010 as a walkable village with shops and a Publix. West End at Town Center is one of the neighborhoods built around it.
Seabrook Village.
Seabrook Village includes Reflections and Coral Ridge at Seabrook. On a first clean in a newer home, we go inside every cabinet and track before we touch the floors.
Crosswinds and Woodland Park.
Crosswinds is one of the named neighborhoods, and Woodland Park is made up of townhomes. Townhomes get the same checklist as a single family home, priced by square footage.
Splash and Crosswater Hall.
Splash Water Park opened in April 2010 inside a 75 acre community park, and Crosswater Hall is the social clubhouse. For families close to the pools and parks, weekly or bi-weekly visits keep the house on one schedule.

Nocatee grew from about 4,500 residents in 2010 to more than 22,500 in 2020. River Landing at Twenty Mile is one of its named neighborhoods. Move-in cleans are scheduled around your closing and walkthrough.

The 2,400 acre Nocatee Preserve sits on the estuary south of the Palm Valley Bridge, with more than 3 miles of trails. Entry floors are the first stop on every visit.
