Clean living space after a Tidy Up Services deep clean
MANDARIN

Deep and recurring house cleaning in Mandarin.

Established neighborhoods along the St. Johns River with big lots, old oaks and homes that have been lived in for a while. Mandarin cleans are mostly recurring residential work and seasonal deep cleans, close to our Jacksonville base.

MANDARIN JOBS

Older homes, bigger yards, more to keep up with.

Oak pollen and tree dust, every spring.
Homes under the Mandarin canopy get a yellow film on sills, porches and floors for weeks. Spring deep cleans and recurring visits keep ahead of it.
Homes with history.
Older tile, real wood and original cabinetry get product choices that match the material, not a one-size spray.
Recurring residential, close to base.
Mandarin is minutes from where we start the day, so weekly and bi-weekly schedules here stay reliable.
Checklist and walkthrough, every visit.
Room-by-room checklist, then a supervisor walkthrough before we close the job.
MANDARIN NEIGHBORHOODS

Along the St. Johns River.

A river town first.
Mandarin was settled as St. Anthony in 1765 and became a town in 1841. It sits on the east bank of the St. Johns River, about 15 miles south of downtown. Calvin Reed named it for the mandarin orange in 1830, and it shipped citrus north by steamboat until a freeze in the early 1890s. It joined Jacksonville in 1968.
Mandarin Road.
Walter Jones Historical Park sits on the river at 11964 Mandarin Road, with an 1875 farmhouse and an 1898 one room schoolhouse, the last in Duval County. Harriet Beecher Stowe spent her winters in Mandarin from 1867 to 1884.
Mandarin Point.
A Confederate mine sank the Union steamship Maple Leaf off Mandarin Point in 1864. Homes along the river get the same room-by-room checklist as every Tidy Up job.
Julington Creek.
Julington Creek forms the line between Duval and St. Johns counties and widens into Old Bull Bay at the river. Tommy Hazouri Sr. Park on Mandarin Road has a boat ramp and fishing pier on the creek.
Julington Creek Plantation and Fruit Cove.
Julington Creek Plantation covers about 4,120 acres in St. Johns County. Fruit Cove, with the creek running through it, grew from 5,904 people in 1990 to 32,143 in 2020. Recurring cleans here keep the same day and time.
Loretto.
Loretto Elementary School dates back to 1893. Homes in Loretto and the rest of Mandarin can start with a deep clean, then move to a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
