Pier to the Intracoastal.

Downtown and the Seawalk.

The downtown core near the pier is mostly condos and townhomes. The Seawalk Pavilion runs two blocks along the beach on 1st Street and hosts concerts and festivals. Festival weekends are planned for, so turnovers still land on time.

The pier.

The Jacksonville Beach Pier reopened on July 6, 2022 after hurricane damage. It runs 1,285 feet, with the far end raised 8 feet. For rentals near the pier, we work from your booking calendar and send photos when the unit is ready.

Isle of Palms.

Isle of Palms is a canal community of about 500 single family homes along the Intracoastal Waterway. Larger homes get a longer visit, quoted by square footage.

Ocean Terrace.

Ocean Terrace has about 580 single family homes, roughly a mile from the ocean, with building that started in the early 1980s. Weekly and bi-weekly cleans keep these homes on one schedule with the same checklist.

South Beach.

At the south end of town, South Beach mixes single family homes and condos. Building rules, codes and parking notes stay on your account for every visit.

Pablo Beach roots.

The city was first incorporated as Pablo Beach in 1907 and took the Jacksonville Beach name in 1925. The 1925 Casa Marina Hotel on Sixth Avenue North is on the National Register of Historic Places, and the city has a run of Mid-Century modern buildings by architect William Morgan.

North Beach.

New-build townhomes at North Beach sit about 10 blocks from the beach. A first clean in a new build goes inside every cabinet and track before the floors.
