Sawgrass to Palm Valley.

Sawgrass.

Sawgrass is a 1,100 acre community that began in 1972. TPC Sawgrass opened inside it in 1980, with the famous island green on the 17th hole. Homes here are quoted by square footage and room count, never guessed.

Palm Valley.

Palm Valley sits between the Intracoastal Waterway and A1A. Most of its old farmland has given way to large homes that look out over the water. Bigger homes get a longer visit and the same room-by-room checklist.

Old Ponte Vedra.

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club opened on the beach in 1928, and the area started as a resort town of seaside cottages. Older cottages and new oceanfront builds both get products matched to their floors, stone and wood.

Near the Guana preserve.

South along A1A, the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve covers more than 73,000 acres of dunes, hammock, mangroves and pine flatwoods. Homes near the reserve are part of the same service area as the rest of Ponte Vedra Beach.
