Historic-district rentals turn fast.

Downtown and Lincolnville rentals often have a same-day checkout and check-in. We schedule inside the window, reset beds, restock and photograph the property before the next guest keys in.

Older homes hold more dust.

Plaster walls, wood floors and window sills in older St. Augustine houses collect more than a new build does. Deep cleans here spend real time on baseboards, tracks and vents.

Beach sand from Anastasia Island.

Rentals near St. Augustine Beach and Vilano get sand tracked in daily. Entry floors, showers and outdoor rinse areas get cleared every turnover.

Humidity and mildew checks.

Bathrooms and closets in coastal homes are checked for mildew on every visit, not just when a guest complains.

ST. AUGUSTINE NEIGHBORHOODS

From the old city to the island.

The historic district.

The old Town Plan district runs from Cordova Street to Matanzas Bay. About half its buildings went up before 1925, many in Spanish Colonial or Moorish Revival style. We ask what is original before we start, then match products to the wood, tile and plaster.

Lincolnville.

Lincolnville was founded in 1866 on the west bank of Maria Sanchez Creek. Streets are narrow, lots are small and homes sit close to the road. We plan parking and arrival ahead so the visit stays quiet for the street.

Anastasia Island and Davis Shores.

Anastasia Island runs about 14 miles, from the Bridge of Lions past the 1874 lighthouse to Anastasia State Park. Davis Shores, on the north end, was built in the 1920s land boom. Homes and rentals here get the same checklist as a house in town.

St. Augustine Beach.

St. Augustine Beach sits between the ocean and A1A. In the 2020 census, 31% of its housing units were counted as vacant. For owners who are not there between stays, we work from your booking calendar and send photos when the place is ready.

Vilano Beach.

Vilano Beach sits on the south end of San Pablo Island, across the Usina Bridge from town and next to the St. Augustine Inlet. It sits about 3 feet above sea level. Entry floors and showers are the first stop on every visit.

World Golf Village.

World Golf Village is a 6,300 acre development the PGA Tour opened in 1998, home to the King & Bear and Slammer & Squire courses. It mixes subdivisions, timeshares and a retirement community. Recurring and one-time cleans are both available here.

Is there a travel fee for St. Augustine?

No separate line item. Pricing is by the property. Send the square footage and property type and we quote it the same way we do in Jacksonville.

Can you handle a rental with back-to-back bookings all summer?

Yes. Recurring turnover schedules are the normal case here. Share the booking calendar and we work from it.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Recurring clients are on the calendar already. For a one-time deep clean or move out, a few days notice is ideal, and same-day is offered when there is room.
