Is there a travel fee for St. Augustine?

No separate line item. Pricing is by the property. Send the square footage and property type and we quote it the same way we do in Jacksonville.

Can you handle a rental with back-to-back bookings all summer?

Yes. Recurring turnover schedules are the normal case here. Share the booking calendar and we work from it.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Recurring clients are on the calendar already. For a one-time deep clean or move out, a few days notice is ideal, and same-day is offered when there is room.
