Tidy Up Services LLC is a house cleaning company based in Jacksonville, Florida. This page explains what information we collect when you visit gettidyupservices.com, request a quote or book a cleaning, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a cleaning or contact us, we collect what you enter:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address of the home or property to be cleaned
- Details about the job, such as the service, square footage, add-ons and the day you want
- Anything you tell us in a message, and the name of the person who referred you if you give one
Information collected when you browse
Like most websites, ours records how it is used so we can fix what is confusing and keep it fast:
- The pages you view, how far you scroll and what you click or tap
- How you arrived, such as a search engine, a link, or an ad and its campaign tags
- Your device type, browser and screen size
- Your approximate location, city level only, worked out from your IP address
- Page speed measurements and any errors the page ran into
Session recordings
We use session replay on this website. It records a playback of a visit: the pages shown, mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Anything typed into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser, so we do not record what you type. We use recordings only to find and fix problems on the site.
Cookies
We set first-party cookies to recognize a returning browser and to remember how you first found us, for up to 13 months. Our analytics provider sets a cookie for the same purpose. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, a cookie may record that click so we can tell whether the ad led to a request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your quote or booking, such as a confirmation and a reminder the day before. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Xaedros, the platform that runs our forms, scheduling and customer records, and Vaglica Group, which hosts this website
- PostHog, our website analytics and session replay provider, which stores data in the United States
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website
- Google, which suggests addresses as you type one into a form
- Our text message, email and payment providers
- Meta, when we measure whether a Facebook or Instagram ad led to a request
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need them for bookkeeping, taxes and to resolve any dispute. Website usage data is kept for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to totals that identify no one.

- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
- Reply STOP to stop text messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
